Pre-Order Policy

We know a lot of our COCERA fans can’t wait to get their 28 DAY KIT as soon as possible. Therefore we are happy to offer some exclusive volume of COCERA 28 DAY KITS on a PRE-ORDER basis.

We only sell stock on pre-order that we have secured (paid for) and is en-route to Miami, USA. This, however, means that there can still be delays with the shipping company or more often, with US Customs. We’ll do everything we can to deliver on the estimated date but please bear with us if there are delays outside of our control.
This will allow our customers to secure the products that are currently in production and going on their way to Miami, Florida, USA.

We always provide an estimated shipping date for each pre-order item but please note that this may change as there can be some delays with shipping or customs
We will send you an email with your tracking number as soon as we ship the items out

What is a pre-order?
The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse. Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?
Waiting times vary from item to item.
Usually, the estimated waiting time is of 14 working days from the date of purchasing the item. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two days.
Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.

When a delay occurs & why?
This items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?
Yes absolutely you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours from the purchase. From that moment on it won’t be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team (customercare@coceraskincare.com).

Can I amend my order?
Yes! It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order provided availability of the sizes within 24 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team (customercare@coceraskincare.com).
